By using the Website or by purchasing, registering for, accessing, or attending our Services (including qigong classes/events, workshops, coaching, and digital products), you agree to these Terms.

Age & eligibility

You represent that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Intellectual property & license

All content on the Website and in the Services is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, or reproduce without written permission.

Community & conduct

You agree not to: (a) harass, abuse, or harm others; (b) post or share unlawful or infringing content; (c) access another user’s account; (d) interfere with the Website; (e) share paid materials with non-purchasers; or (f) misrepresent your identity.

Programs, classes & recordings

For live/virtual classes, we may provide recordings (hosted on Google Drive) to participants. Recordings are for enrolled participants only. By participating, you grant us permission to host/share recordings for class use.

Payments, refunds, cancellations

  • Payments: Accepted via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal. Other processors may be added in the future (e.g., Stripe).

  • Digital products: Non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Lab tests/fees: Always non-refundable once ordered (e.g., GI-MAP, MRT, DUTCH, DiagnosTechs, blood panels).

  • 1:1 services: Month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. Payments are due in advance and non-refundable for completed sessions. Future sessions in a package may be credited, rescheduled, or refunded pro-rata at our discretion (minus labs and completed work).

  • Cancellations/no-shows: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

  • Chargebacks: Please contact us first. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and revoke access.

Refund & Cancellation Summary

For clarity, here’s a simple summary of our policies:

  • Labs: Non-refundable once ordered.

  • Digital products: Non-refundable.

  • 1:1 sessions/packages: Completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions may be credited or refunded (minus labs and work completed) at our discretion.

  • Monthly services: Payments are due at the start of the month and non-refundable once the month begins.

  • Cancellations/no-shows: Require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged.

Links & third parties

We are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or services.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF NO PURCHASE WAS MADE).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Website or Services.

Dispute resolution; arbitration; governing law

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be settled by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. Venue: Ventura County, California. Waiver of jury trial. These Terms are governed by California law.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
