When symptoms linger but answers are nowhere to be found, it can feel overwhelming. Maybe your labs come back ‘normal', or your concerns are brushed off and you’re only offered short-term symptom relief, without anyone investigating why you feel this way.

Your body is speaking. The key is learning how to listen. What you need is someone who runs the right tests, connects the dots, and explains what’s really going on beneath the surface. That’s what I do.

I walk with you through the symptoms – reflux, brain fog, hot flashes, exhaustion – and together we find out what’s really driving them. From there, we build a plan that makes sense for your life and gives your body the chance to finally reset.

You don’t need another quick fix. The Wellness Map offers a clear path forward. Your plan is built for your body, your symptoms, and your life. It’s my six-month, 1:1 program designed to uncover what’s really going on and guide you through step-by-step changes that bring your body back into balance.

Together, we’ll figure out what’s behind the reflux, the brain fog, the hot flashes, and the exhaustion so your body can reset and you can feel like yourself again. We’ll create a food approach that works with your body (guided by MRT results) and build a plan that’s realistic, personalized, and sustainable.

What’s included:

  • GI-MAP stool test + full review (pathogens, inflammation, enzymes, balance)

  • MRT food-sensitivity test + personalized food elimination and re-introduction roadmap

  • Six-month protocol to reset digestion and restore balance

  • Optional blood panel, hormone panel, and/or bone health panel

  • Coaching cadence: weekly (first 2–3 weeks), biweekly, then monthly check-ins

  • Targeted supplement guidance based on your unique needs (supplements supplied at an additional cost)

  • Optional GI-MAP re-test at month 3 to confirm progress

Around the full moon, serotonin and pathogen activity rise, which makes it a smart window for targeted parasite/pathogen support. You’ll receive a personalized dose plan, easy meal guidance, and day-by-day coaching so you always know what to do next.

Qigong is a gentle flowing practice that combines movement, breath, and awareness. Think of it as mediation in motion - simple, low-impact exercises that anyone can do.

With regular practice, you’ll start to feel more flexible in both body and mind. Stress softens, sleep comes more easily, and energy feels steady throughout the day. Over time, you’ll notice a greater sense of inner peace and a body that feels like an ally again. It’s the perfect complement to functional nutrition, because it puts you in a state where real repair can happen.

What You Might Be Wondering

Have questions about functional nutrition, the tests I offer, or Qigong? I’ve answered some of the most common ones below. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Please get in touch – I’m happy to help!

    • GI-MAP stool test (at-home): DNA-based look at your microbiome. It flags parasites, yeast, bacterial overgrowth, viruses, inflammation, immune markers, even how well you’re breaking down food. You mail the kit in; we go through the report together.

    • MRT food sensitivity test (blood draw): This test measures your immune system’s inflammatory response to 170 foods/chemicals. It helps identify triggers without guessing or endless elimination diets.

    • DUTCH (urine): Gives a detailed picture of cortisol rhythm, sex hormones, and how your body processes them. For women in peri/menopause, it can explain the “why” behind fatigue, poor sleep, mood swings, and other hormone-driven symptoms.

    • DiagnosTechs (saliva): Measures cortisol/DHEA across the day for stress and sleep patterns. It can also measure sex hormones to address energy crashes, poor sleep, or stress-related hormone changes.

    • Bone Health Panel (DUTCH): Urine test designed to check factors influencing bone density and resilience. Identifies hidden imbalances so we can protect and rebuild bones.

    • Functional blood chemistry: Measures thyroid, blood sugar, cardiovascular markers, nutritional deficiencies, liver/kidney/adrenal markers, inflammation, iron, minerals, and lipids.

  • Kickoff – We chat, make a plan, and I send intake forms, a symptom survey, and a short food journal.

    Labs – I order the tests that make sense (often GI-MAP + MRT first). Kits ship to your door.

    Results & roadmap – We connect the dots between your labs and your symptoms. You get a phased plan (food, supplements, sleep/stress support, Qigong if helpful).

    Coaching cadence – Usually weekly for 2–3 weeks to settle you in, then every two weeks, then monthly. You’ll have me between sessions so you’re not stuck.

    Re-test when helpful – Often a GI-MAP around month 3 to measure progress and tweak the plan if needed.

    Everything for nutrition/testing is virtual. And I keep changes realistic – we’re always aiming for progress, not perfection.

  • Qigong is a traditional Chinese mind-body-spirit practice and a core part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It uses gentle, flowing movements, breathing techniques, and focused intention to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and build vitality.

    Think of it as a moving meditation that helps energy flow more freely through the body, reducing stress while supporting overall health. Unlike Tai Chi, which developed as a martial art, Qigong is designed for healing and daily wellness. It’s safe and beneficial for all ages and health conditions.

    Benefits of Qigong include: 

    • Lower stress and anxiety

    • Improved focus, mobility, and flexibility

    • Enhanced immune function

    • Support for cardiovascular, respiratory, and digestive health

    • Increased stamina and vitality

  • Ventura County (Simi Valley) and surrounding areas – local parks, community spaces, sometimes beach pop-ups. I also collaborate with other wellness practitioners for special events.

  • The usual suspects:

    • Bloating, reflux, constipation/diarrhea, IBS

    • Peri/menopause symptoms: hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, fatigue

    • “Wired-but-tired” days, 2 p.m. crashes, brain fog

    • Sleep trouble (trouble falling asleep or 2 a.m. wake-ups)

    • Food reactions, puffiness, achy joints, skin flares

    • Stress/anxiety that won’t switch off

  • Every story is different, but common shifts the women I work with notice include:

    • Calm, predictable digestion (you stop bracing for impact after meals)

    • Morning energy that lasts, without living on coffee

    • Deeper sleep and easier wake-ups

    • Hormones behave; fewer hot flashes/night sweats, more stable moods

    • Clearer head, lighter body, less puffiness/aches

    • Confidence, because you finally know what works for your body

    Many women feel early shifts within weeks; deeper rebuilds tend to unfold over 3–6 months.

  • I price by program. On our intro call I’ll walk you through current rates and what’s included so there are no surprises.

    • Labwork is included in the initial program quote. I usually recommend GI-MAP, MRT and a blood panel to start, then an additional GI-MAP (at 3 months) to monitor progress. You can add other testing options at the onset of the program or later on.

    • Supplements are not included in the cost of the program, but protocols are developed based on your unique path. They are targeted and temporary.

    • If cost is a concern, we can stage testing or discuss payment options, if needed.

  • The Wellness map: Practitioner-grade supplements will be based on lab results and symptoms, purchased via FullScript.

    1:1 or Group Detox Programs: CellCore botanicals, antimicrobials, binders, and support formulas. I handle ordering and shipping; you pay for supplements and coaching.

    Supplements in your program are chosen with care to support your healing, not to become a permanent part of your routine. As your health improves, we usually scale back or rotate what you’re taking. In some cases, like digestive support, certain supplements may be useful to continue for a longer period.

    Access to FullScript store: You will have access to the FullScript catalog for supplement needs. I can help you select quality supplements for anything outside the scope of the program.

  • Not a lifetime of restriction. We let your MRT results drive the plan. We remove only the foods inflaming your system, and only for a defined window. We build a re-introduction plan so favorite foods can come back when your gut is ready. I’ll give you easy swaps (comfort foods included), simple breakfast wins, and “good-better-best” choices for busy days.

  • Absolutely. Life is allowed. You don’t need to miss celebrations or time with friends and family. I’ll guide you in making choices that fit your plan as closely as possible.

  • Not forever. If a favorite shows up on your MRT, we pause it temporarily, do the gut work, then re-test or re-introduce it with a plan. You’ll also get look-alike swaps so you don’t feel deprived.
